§ 96-23. Amendments.

Amendment procedures for this chapter are contained in § 46-a, Subdivision 4, of the New York State Navigation Law. Amendments can only be made by a unanimous adoption of a local law by the six municipalities after proper public hearing and environmental review. Such amendments shall become effective only upon approval by the Commissioner of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
