§ 79-6. Restrictions.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of a dog in the Town of Canandaigua to permit or allow such a dog to:

A.
Howl or bark habitually or continuously so as to disturb the peace and quiet of other persons.

B.
Damage or deface property not belonging to the owner of the dog.
