§ 220-42. Temporary uses.

The Town Planning Board may approve a special use permit for temporary uses in all zoning districts except the RLD, provided that, in addition to compliance with the general requirements in § 220-35 of this article, the following standards and provisions are maintained:A.As part of the application the applicant shall specify the time period for the temporary use which shall not exceed 12 months.B.In approving an application, the Planning Board shall impose a specific time limit, not to exceed 12 months, from the date of approval and any other conditions necessary to ensure the use conforms with the intent of the subject zoning district, and to protect the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
