§ 195-9. West Lake Road resident exemption.

Latest version.

Residential owners and their guests shall be exempt from the provisions of Local Law No. 3 of the year 1990, and may park their cars in front of their residences on West Lake Road and on Barnes Road in the area where Local Law No. 3 of the year 1990 prohibits parking. Said residential owners and their guests shall display in a prominent place on their automobile a notice of this exemption.
