§ 153-6. Appeals.

  • Any person aggrieved by the action of the Town Clerk in the denial of a license shall have the right of appeal to the Town Board of the Town of Canandaigua. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the Board, within 14 days after the notice of the action complained of has been mailed to such person's last known address, a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for such appeal. The Town Board shall set a time and place for a hearing on such appeal, provided that the same shall be set within 60 days of receipt of the statement for appeal. Notice of such hearing shall be given in the same manner as provided in § 153-4B.
