§ 152-10. Enforcement.

Latest version.

The following officials, in connection with their duties imposed by law, shall diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter:

A.
The Director of Parks and Recreation, the Parks Maintenance Supervisor, or designated employees or deputies appointed by said Director;

B.
Members of the New York State Police;

C.
Members of the Division of Law Enforcement of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation;

D.
Members of the Ontario County Sheriff's Department; and

E.
The Town of Canandaigua Code Enforcement Officer.
