§ 134-15. Manufactured home park facilities.

If the manufactured home park is to include park facilities and activities, such as meeting rooms, recreation buildings, laundry rooms, swimming pools and central mail distribution, the manufactured home park site plan shall include details of these facilities and the owner's statement of intent to provide adequate supervision and management of such facilities and activities.
