§ 60-1. County residency required.

New York State Town Law § 23(1) is hereby superseded to provide that the Deputy Highway and Water Superintendent of the Town of Canandaigua need not be a resident nor elector of the Town of Canandaigua; provided, however, that such person shall reside in the County of Ontario or an adjoining county thereof.
